1. Overview

These terms govern your use of signageforcare.com and purchases made through our store. By using our site, you agree to these terms. Your contract is with Wayfinders Limited.

2. Products

Signage for Care sells commercial signage and display products. We do not sell medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders & Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected market and are the price of the goods. Tax is applied at the checkout against your delivery address, so the amount payable may be higher than the price shown: on our euro store we have measured the Irish standard rate of 23% applied at that step. Delivery is charged separately. See Before You Order for what we have and have not measured in each market. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Where you pay by card, PayPal or Klarna, your order is confirmed once payment is processed. We accept purchase orders. Choose Purchase Order at the checkout payment step.

4. Shipping

5. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days under the conditions outlined on our Returns page.

6. Limitation of Liability

Signage for Care is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
