What we do
We design and manufacture signage that helps people living with dementia navigate their environment with confidence and dignity. That means doors that residents recognise as toilets, lounges and dining rooms; corridors with consistent wayfinding cues; and personalised bedroom signs that support memory and orientation. Every product we sell is engineered to meet the evidence-based criteria published by the Dementia Services Development Centre — the same standards used in DSDC-accredited buildings worldwide.
We are not a general signage reseller. Our entire catalogue — door signs, projecting signs, directional signage, decals and bespoke commissions — is purpose-built for care environments. We do not sell medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare services.

Founded in Dublin
Wayfinders Limited was incorporated in the Republic of Ireland (CRO 602087), launching the Signage for Care trading name to specialise in dementia-friendly signage for care homes.
2018
DSDC Accreditation
